Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is received.

Delivery Times  
- UK: Standard delivery within 1–5 business days after dispatch.  
- EU: Delivery within 1–14 business days after dispatch.  
- International: Delivery within 14 business days after dispatch.  

Delays  
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.  

Tracking  

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched. Tracking information will be provided where available.
